Venue: Parliament of South Africa (Entrance through Visitors Centre, 120 Plein Street), Parliamentary Precinct, Cape Town. GPS Coordinate: Latitude: -33° 55' 39.83" S Longitude: 18° 25' 7.03". Attendee to bring RSA ID Document for registration, failure will result in non-attendance.
