Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							NB:Note that the tender closing date is extended to 17 January 2022 to comply with the treasury directive for festive season.

 -All bidders should register with the (CSD) Central Supplier Database.

-Functionality Criteria: Location 20%, Accessibility 20%, Suitability 20%, Building Grades 20%, Parking Requirements 20%.

-The offer must should be submitted as per the bid questionnaire which forms part of the bid documents. Total bid price must be transferred to PA-32(Note number C on PA-32). Please completed all forms in full.
