Professional consulting engineering services for: the construction of earthworks, road prism drainage, layerworks, surfacing on district road D1841 from km 0.00 to km 16.70 in the Empangeni Region
Key Requirements & Special Conditions
(a) a tenderer having a level 1 B-BBEE status level of contributor; and
(b) a tenderer subcontracting a minimum of 35%
(i) an EME or QSE which is at least 51% owned by black people.
