Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							Only those Tenderers who are registered with the CIDB in a contractor grading designation equal to or higher than a contractor grading designation determined in accordance with the sum tendered for a 1CE or Higher Class of construction work, are eligible to submit tenders.

In the event of mistakes having been made on the Form of Offer it must be crossed out in ink and be accompanied by an initial at each and every price alteration.
