							Project will be subjected to functionality with a required minimum qualifying score of 60 points out of 100, Account=5; information request turnaround time=5; online bank service=15; online bank hours=15; electronic statement=15; bulk payment=5 ACB magnetic=10; historic info=15; financial strength=10; oral presentation=5; Total=100. The municipality will adjudicate and award bids in accordance with the approved SCM Policy and amended Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2022 using the 80/20 preference point system, where 80 will be allocated to price and 20 specific goals. Banks registered as per Banks Act of 1990
