							A compulsory briefing session will be held at the Mandela Bay Development Agency Offices, Corner Lower Valley Road & South Union Street, Gqeberha alternatively bidders can join via Microsoft teams on Tuesday 12 August 2025 at 14:00. The onus is on bidders to ensure that they arrive on time. No attendee(s) joining after 14:15 will be allowed to tender.
