Provision of office accommodation for Cradock Offices in the Chris Hani District for a period of 36 months

Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							The service provider must be the rightful owner of the property to be leased.

•	Copy of title deed or/and

•	Confirmation letter of ownership from the municipality

•	In the case of property managers an agreement or proxy from the owner

•	If you are leasing a building a lease agreement  must be attached

The property that is to be leased must meet all the requirements for occupancy by group of people as per the required specifications.
