PROVISION OF PHYSICAL GUARDING SERVICES

Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							It is mandatory for all the bidders to be registered with the following Industry

Statutory Bodies and Regulatory Compliance:

24.1.1 PSIRA: The contractor, management, supervisor and security officers

should be registered with the Private Security Industry Regulations

Authority (PSIRA)

• Submit a valid PSIRA registration certificate of the business.

• Submit a valid PSIRA Letter of Good Standing not older than 90

days.

24.1.2 The bidder must submit a valid and current letter of Good Standing with

the Workman’s Compensation Fund.

24.1.3 The bidder must submit a valid and current letter of good standing and

proof of up-to-date contributions to the Private Security Sector Provident

Fund (PSSPF).
