Tender Description
Provision of Scour Protection for Berth A to B at the Port of Durban
Key Requirements & Special Conditions
Only those tenderers who satisfy the following eligibility criteria are eligible to submit tenders
Stage One - Eligibility with regards to attendance at the compulsory clarification meeting:
1) Stage Two – Eligibility with regards to preferential procurement in terms of the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2017: minimum B-BBEE Status Level 4 contributor
2) Stage Three – Eligibility in terms of the Construction Industry Development Board: 7CE or higher class of construction work
3) Stage Four - Pre-qualification criteria for preferential procurement in terms of the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2017: Subcontract a minimum of 30%.
4) Stage Four - Functionality
