A compulsory briefing session and site inspection will be held at the East London Government Garage situated at No. 9 Cotton Road, Westbank, East London, on the 30 January 2026 at 11h00. An attendance register will be circulated during the compulsory briefing and will be used as proof of attendance during the evaluation of this bid.
