Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							A compulsory pre-proposal site briefing will be conducted in TOUWSRIVIER and Bidders are to meet at TOUWSRIVIER BRIDGE on the 19 September 2023, at 11:30 am for a period of ± 1 ½ hours. [Respondents to provide own transportation and accommodation]. The briefing session will start punctually and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Respondents arriving late.
