PROVISION OF THE COMPREHENSIVE EMPLOYEE HEALTH AND WELLNESS SERVICES TO THE OFFICE OF THE CHIEF JUSTICE FOR A PERIOD OF THIRTY- SIX (36) MONTHS

Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							The OCJ reserves the right not to make an award of any of the responses on this bid. 

Bidders must provide an undertaking that reference checks in connection with services rendered may be conducted by the OCJ from previous clients where similar services were provided.

The OCJ may vary the scope outlined in this bid to include reasonable additional work within the wider scope of services required.

The bidders must be accessible to the OCJ at all times
