Key Requirements & Special Conditions
Bidders are required to submit a certified copy of a valid Association of South African Travel Agents (ASATA) License, copy must be certified
Bidders must submit valid proof of accreditation with the International Air Transport Association (IATA). The copy must be certified
The declaration of interest and pricing schedule are mandatory requirements.
If problems are experienced to submit on the eTender portal, you may submit the bid proposal via email to Tenders@nhc.org.za. This email address will only be attended to after the closing date of the tender. No late proposals will be accepted.
