Stage 2 Mandatory Administration Criteria
(a) Only tenderers who are a CIDB contractor grading of 5GB or higher. This grading must be
valid.
(b) Submit completed and signed Form of Offer. Please refer from page 2 of 42 on Contract
document.
(c) Bidders must attend compulsory briefing session and compulsory site inspection on 31 August
2026 at 10 a.m. Both meetings are compulsory and are on the same day. Bidders who did not
attend both of these meetings will be disqualified. Bidders must complete attendance register/s at
the meeting
