Stage One: Eligibility: Administrative & Substantive Responsiveness

Step 1 – Attendance of compulsory clarification meeting

Step 2 – CIDB Grading designation of 7CE or higher or 7GB or higher class of construction work, are eligible to have their tenders evaluated.

Step 3 – Substantive Test
