Bidders will be given 15 minutes grace time when attending compulsory briefing sessions, therefore the door to the venue will be closed.
PRASA is not responsible if bidder arrived at the wrong venue results in them being late for briefing session.
Only one (1) representative per company will be allowed to attend.
