REQUEST FOR A PROPOSAL FOR THE MANAGEMENT, OPERATION, MAINTENANCE, CAPITAL AND REVENUE ENHANCEMENT OF ENTIRE ELECTRICITY DISTRIBUTION NETWORK AT MKHONDO LOCAL MUNICIPALITY FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE YEARS

All tenders will be subjected to functionality evaluation and only the tenders meeting the minimum requirements in terms of functionality will be considered for the 90/10 point system if eventually applicable. The 90/10-point system shall apply whereby a contract will be allocated to a tenderer in accordance with the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, Act No 5 of 2000 and as defined in the Conditions of tender in the tender document, read in conjunction with the Preferential Procurement Policy of Gert Sibande District Municipality where 90 points will be allocated in respect of price and 10 points in respect of GSDM specific goals. All bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
