Attendance to Briefing session and Site inspection is not compulsory. Bidders must complete, sign and submit NEC3 Contract which is numbered 2. Form of Offer is on page 2 of the contract document which must be fully completed, signed and submitted together with the contract . Table 1, 2 and 3 must be fully completed. These tables are on page 45, 47 and 48 of the Bid Document numbered 1. The Pricing Schedule must be completed and submitted together with all other tender documents. The Pricing Schedule is on Annexure A. The tender has the following documents and Annexures: 1, 2, Annexure A, B,C,D and E.
