Key Requirements & Special Conditions
PRE QUALIFICATION CRITERIA WILL BE USED TO ADVANCE CERTAIN DESIGNATED GROUPS. BIDDERS WILL THEREFORE BE PREQUALIFIED ON THE FOLLOWING BASIS - AN EXEMPTED MICRO ENTERPRISE (EME) OR QUALIFYING SMALL ENTERPRISE (QSE) WITH BBBEE CONTRIBUTION 1 LEVEL WITH 100% BLACK OWNERSHIP
THERE WILL BE NO CLARIFICATION MEETING. BIDDERS ARE REQUESTED TO SUBMIT EMAIL QUERIES RELATED TO THE BID. ALL EMAIL QUERIES ARE TO BE SUBMITTED BY 2022-01-14.
