Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							•	Bidders will be given 15minutes grace time when attending compulsory briefing sessions, thereafter the door to the venue will be closed.

•	PRASA is not responsible if bidder arrived at the wrong venue which results in them being late for briefing session.

•	Bidders to ensure that they bring with the tender documents, when attending the briefing session
