Request proposals for the appointment of a panel of service providers to render marketing, communication, advertising and related services for targeted departmental events/ campaigns for a period of three (3) years as and when required.
Key Requirements & Special Conditions
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
• Fully completed and signed SBD1 must be attached,
• Fully completed and signed SBD4 must be attached, a false declaration will result in disqualification (par. 2.3 disclosure must align with subsection 2.3.1 and director‘s information on Central Supplier Database CSD)
• Fully completed and signed SBD6.1 must be attached
• Bidders must submit sample/s / example/s of work for the category they are bidding.
• Attach minimum of three (3) CVs detailing exposure in the field of marketing communication and advertising of the project teams.
• Fully completed and signed SBD1 must be attached,
