Tender Description

Security Operations Center (SOC) services for a period of three (3) years

Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							There will be a compulsory online virtual briefing session on the 03 December 2025. Briefing session will be held virtually, bidders who are interested to attend the compulsory briefing session must indicate by sending an email to scm@sansa.org.za on or before 02 December 2025 at 16:00 to receive Microsoft Teams details.

Eligibility Criteria -:

1.	Certified ISO 27001(provide certificate)

2.	The bidder must be a licensed/accredited supplier of the proposed SIEM solution and other proposed tools to be used for the MSOC service as required. (provide certificate)

3.	Attendance of the compulsory briefing session.
