Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							Bids will be pre-evaluated on the following functionality criteria and bids that score less than 40 out of 50 points will be considered as non-responsive:

The tender is subject to the following functionality criteria:

1. Company (or JV) Experience relating to the servicing of chlorine equipment carrying a weight of 25 points.

2. References relating to the servicing of chlorine equipment carrying a weight of 15 points.

3. Plant, Tools & Equipment carrying a weight of 10 points.
