STELLENBOSCH: SUPPLY AND CONVERT 4 x 12 METRE SHIPPING CONTAINERS AND CONSTRUCTION OF A ROOF STRUCTURE
Key Requirements & Special Conditions
The scope of works will include:
1. The supply and delivery of 4 x Shipping Containers.
2. The conversion of 1 x Container into cold Room
3. The conversion of 3 x Containers into packing facilities, Office and Board room.
4. The construction of a roof over 4 x Containers
5. The construction of a Conservancy tank
6. Electrical work
For Construction works above the value of R500 000 - Tenderers must have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 2 GB or higher.
