Key Requirements & Special Conditions
A two-envelope system will be followed, the Technical Proposal inclusive of all eligibility and functionality requirements on a separate envelope and the Financial Proposal inclusive of proposed professional services fee and average Credit Facility in its separate envelope. These Envelopes will be submitted at the same time.
