SPECIAL CONDITIONS
a. Bidders are expected to submit photographs with specifications or technical data sheets of the feed quoted on.
b. The Department reserves the right to assess and verify the products prior delivery.
c. DoA reserves the right:
• To award this tender to a bidder that did not score the highest total number of points, only in accordance with section 2(1)(f) of the PPPFA (Act 5 of 2000) and PPPFA Regulation 2022.
• To accept part of a tender rather than the whole tender, which may result in awarding the bid to more than one (1) bidder.
