Stage 1 of Evaluation: Bidders to meet 80% out of total points on functionality with the following:
Company Experience = 50 Points
Lead Time = 20
SPECIFIC GOALS: EME or QSE which is at least 51% black owned by Local Business within: Elundini Local Municipality = 20 Points; within Joe Gqabi District = 10 Points; Outside region = 5 Points
Bidders that fail to submit proof of specific goals will not be allocated points
