Key Requirements & Special Conditions
Only bidders who meet the required minimum threshold for local content and production of 100% for Cement and Steel related products will be considered.
The municipality will adjudicate and award bids in accordance with the approved SCM Policy and amended Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2022 using the 80/20 preference point system, where 80 will be allocated to price and 20 specific goals.
