Tender Description
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOOD ITEMS PROCURED THROUGH THE PRIVATE LABEL PROGRAMME FOR THE NATIONAL SCHOOL NUTRITION PROGRAMME (NSNP) TO A CLUSTER OF SCHOOLS FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS [with an option to extend contract period for a further two (2) years]
Key Requirements & Special Conditions
Prequalification criteria for Preferential Procurement:
Only bidders who meet both of the following prequalification criteria may respond: -
i) B-BBEE level 1 (as per the provisions of section 4(1)(a) of the PPPFA Regulations, 2017); and
ii) EME (as per the provisions of section 4(1)(b) of the PPPFA Regulations, 2017)
Bidders who fail to meet the abovementioned requirements will be disqualified from further evaluation.
