Bidders to meet stage 1 Eligibility Criteria that will be uploaded on ELM website. www.elundini.gov.za
Bidders to meet 70% out of 100 points on functionality
Specific Goals: EME or QSE which is at least 51% owned by black people who are:
Women-Equity ownership = 4 points; Youth-Enterprise (18-35) = 6 points; Local business within Elundini Local Municipality = 2 points; Owned by black people = 8 points Bidders that fail to submit proof of specific goal will not be allocated points
