							IMPORTANT NOTICE: This RFQ is subject to Regulation 8 “Local Production and Content” of the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, 2000: Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2017 (No. R.32 dated 20 January 2017). Submitting of the MBD 6.2 and applicable annexures are compulsory. Bidders must achieve the minimum local content for Pumps, Medium Voltage (MV) Motors and Associated Accessories. 

The stipulated minimum threshold(s) for Local Production and Content for this bid is/are as follows:
