Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							
1. Manufacturer 

Where the bidder is the manufacturer, the bidder must submit a valid NSF/

ANSI/CAN 60 certification for each relevant chemical offered.

2. Authorised supplier or reseller 

Where the bidder is not the manufacturer, the bidder must submit:

• A valid authorisation or support letter from the manufacturer, specifically 

addressed to or issued in the name of the bidder, confirming that the 

bidder is authorised to supply and distribute the chemical offered; and 

• The manufacturer’s valid NSF/ANSI/CAN 60 certification for each rel

evant chemical offered.
