THE APPOINTMENT OF A CONTRACTOR FOR REFURBISHMENTS AND CONSTRUCTION OF MQHAWE HIGH SCHOOL UNDER THE UPGRADES AND ADDITIONS PROGRAMME IN PINETOWN EDUCATIONAL DISTRICT IN KWAZULU NATAL FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION.
Key Requirements & Special Conditions
Attend Compulsory Briefing Session
For Grade 8GB:
Tenderer must have successfully completed in the last 5 years, a minimum of two building project and of the value greater than R30 million:
All Drawings are available for downloading on the DBSA website
The tenderer must submit the following documents for each completed project:
Letter of Appointment on the client’s letterhead, showing appointment value and
Completion Certificate or Completion letter of the same project
