Tender Description

THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN ON-SITE QUARRY AND PRODUCTION OF AGGREGATES TO BE SUPPLIED FOR THE CLANWILLIAM DAM IN THE WESTERN CAPE

Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							Pre-qualification will be done in accordance with Preferential Procurement Regulations 2017; Regulation 9 (30% minimum mandatory subcontracting). The subcontractors shall be EME’s OR QSE’s that are 51% black owned by the following enterprises:

Black people,

Black people who are youth,

Black people who are women,

Black people with disabilities,

Black people living in rural or underdeveloped areas or townships

Cooperatives which are 51% owned by black people, and 

Black people who are military veterans
