THE DRILLING AND BLASTING FOR DAM FOUNDATION EXCAVATION AND SLOPE PROTECTION FOR THE CLANWILLIAM DAM IN THE WESTERN CAPE PROVINCE CIDB CONTRACTOR GRADING DESIGNATION OF CIDB 9SC OR CIDB 9SE OR HIGHER.

Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							The subcontractors shall be EME’s or QSE’s that are 51% black owned by any of the following enterprises:

Black people,

Black people who are youth,

Black people who are women,

Black people with disabilities,

Black people living in rural or underdeveloped areas or townships

Cooperatives which are 51% owned by black people, and 

Black people who are military veterans
