							Compulsory Clarification Meeting and Site Walk with representatives of the Employer will take place in person as follows:

Suppliers are requested to submit the following details by 14 August 2026 at 10h00 AM or earlier)

•Tenderers must confirm their intention to attend with the Eskom Representative, stating the name, position and contact details of each proposed attendee. 

•	A Copy of the attendee’s valid identity document or Passport.

Suppliers take note that during site walkdown, PPE requirements must be met.
