Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							The bidder to submit a letter from the OEM of the processed solution confirming that the OEM will review and ensure that the solution is configured accordingly as per their best practice to ensure optimal performance and availability .NB : The  OEM to sign off on the solution design, configuration and implementation.
