Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							80/20 preference point system will be applicable to this tender. 80 points will be allocated for price and a maximum of 20 points will be awarded for specific goals as follows:

• Who are women= 5 points

• Who has a disability = 5 points

• Who is a youth= 5 points

• Location enterprise (local equals province) = 2 points

• B-BBEE status level contributors from level 1 to 2 which are QSE or EME = 3 points
