PRE-QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: - ONLY THE FOLLOWING RESPONDENTS MAY RESPOND TO THIS RFP:
1)T2.2-01 Bidders in possession of Certificates accredited National Regulator forCompulsory Specifications (NRCS), by any manufacturer, importer or builder requiredto be registered in terms of regulation 38 of the National Road Traffic Act 93/1996.
2)T.2.2-02 Bidders in possession of Welder Certificate must be accredited by the Southern African Institute of Welding (SAIW) or International Institute of Welding(IIW
