Key Requirements & Special Conditions

Bidders to meet 70% out of 100 points on functionality stage 1 of evaluation with the following: Business Premises = 40 points; Expertise = 20 points; Servicing Equipment = 40 points SPECIFIC GOALS = 20 Points with the following: EME or QSE which is at least 51% black owned by Local Business within:
Elundini Local Municipality = 15 points, Outside Elundini Local Municipality within Joe Gqabi District = 10 points, Outside region = 5 points
EME or QSE which is at least 51% owned by black people = 5 points
Bidder that fail to submit proof of specific goal as stipulated above will not be allocated points.
