UPGRADE OF THE NORTH GROYNE – CONSTRUCTION OF ABLUTION BLOCK IN THE PORT OF DURBAN FOR A PERIOD OF FOUR (4) MONTHS
Key Requirements & Special Conditions
A Compulsory Tender Clarification Meeting will be conducted at Transnet National Ports Authority, Port of Durban, 237 Mahatma Gandhi Road, Queens Warehouse on the 23rd of October 2026 at 11h00.
Stage One: Eligibility: Administrative & Substantive Responsiveness 1. Compulsory Tender Clarification Meeting 2. CIDB Grading - 3GB or higher.
Stage Two: Functionality - The minimum qualifying for score for functionality is 60 points.
Stage Three: Preference Point System: Weighted score 100 - Price (80/90) and Specific goals (20/10).
