Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							Tenders must factor in an amount of 0,5% of the project value for Contract skills Development Goals (CSDG) as er government gazette no 48491 of volume 694,, when submitting their tender offers, in line with BUILD Programme.  Structured workplace learning opportunity for apprentices or other artisan learners towards the attainment of a trade qualification leading to listed trade (GGNo. 35625, 31 august 2021) subject to at least 60% of the artisan learners being holders of public TVET college qualification. 90/10 principle is applicable. 90 price, 05 points for ownership bl black people,  05 Points for enterprise located within king cetshwayo, Umkhanyakude / Zululand district
