							Pre-qualifying Criteria:  An EME or QSE which is at least 51% black who are women are eligible to submit tenders.  Only locally produced goods or locally manufactured goods, service, works or locally manufactured goods with a stipulated minimum threshold for local production and content will be considered.  Only contractors registered on Eyesize contractors development programme are allowed to bid.  multiple awards ob bids will be limited [uncless by exception due to circumstances] in order to spread the work amongst a large.  It was advertised on newspapers & CIDB on 14/12/2022.  It required minimum of 5GB or higher
