							Pre-qualifying criteria:  An EME or QSE which is at least 51% owned by Black Youth are eligible to submit tenders.  Only locally produced goods or locally manufactured goods, service, works or locally manufactured goods with a stipulated minimum threshold for local production and content will be considered.  Only contractors registered on Eyesizwe contractors dvelopment programme are allowed to bed.  Multiple awards of bids will be limited [unless by exception due to circumstances] in order to spread the works amongst a large.  It was advertised on 09/1/2022 in Newspapers &CIDB.
