Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							It’s a bid  condition that only Locally Produced good, service or works or locally manufactured  goods, with a stipulated minimum threshold for local production and content will be considered Refer to SBD 6.2  in the bid document. Tenders that fail to meet the local production and content requirement will be disqualified. ( documents available for collection on 12 September 2022 from 8h00 to 14h00)

MANDATORY CRITERIA: TENDERS WHO DO NOT COMPLY WITH MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS AT CLOSE OF TENDER AS STIPULATED IN THE BID DOCUMENT WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.
