Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							Evaluation criteria: Mandatory criteria, financial offer and preference (80/20). Mandatory criteria: Tenderers who do not comply with mandatory requirements at close of tender as stipulated in the bid document will be disqualified.

It is a condition of this bid, that only locally produced goods, services or works or locally manufactured goods with a stipulated minimum threshold for local production and content will be considered. Bidders to ensure that declaration form (Annexure C) is submitted at close of tender. Tenders that fail to meet the Local Production and Content requirements will be disqualified. Documents available for collection (15 August 2022 from 08h00 to 14h00)
