							It is a condition of this bid, that only locally produced goods, services or works or locally manufactured goods with a stipulated minimum threshold for local production and content will be considered. Bidders to ensure that declaration form (Annexure C) is submitted at close of tender. Tenders that fail to meet the Local Production and Content requirements will be disqualified. Only tenderer's registered on Eyesizwe Contractor Development Programme Phase 3 under eThekwini Region.
