Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							Only tenderers with a B-BBEE contributor status level of 1, 2, 3, or 4 that is a Joint Venture (JV) between a Generic Enterprise and an EME, or a Joint Venture (JV) between a QSE and an EME, who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database and meet the minimum requirements for the key persons as stipulated in Clause C.2.1.1, at tender closing are eligible to tender.

A Joint Venture (JV) is compulsory and at least 1 (one) JV partner should be a Targeted Enterprise.
