Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							The following documents must be attached (Bidders that fail to submit documents indicated as compulsory will be disqualified)

•	Copy/ print Tax Compliance status pin to enable the municipality to verify the compliance status - Compulsory

•	Copy of Director/s or Company Municipal rates (not older than 3 months) and not in arrears for more than three months or copy of Valid Lease Agreement or stamped letter from tribal authority if the company or its director/s is situated in an un-proclaimed area)– Compulsory 

•	CSD summary report – Compulsory

•	Joint Venture Agreement (In case of a Joint Venture) - Compulsory
