MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
•
Provide proof of registration with SABS, SANS 1475 part 1 and part 2
•
Provide SANS 1910 certificate from the manufacturer
•
Provide proof of Registered Letter with South African Qualification and Certification Committee (SAQCC) for all technicians under team composition
•
Provide proof of valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing (Not registration)
•
BOQ must be fully completed, failure to complete will render bid non-responsive
•
Provide proof of 5SF grading or higher/CRS number (Bidders are required to have a valid CIDB grading on the date of closing and required to maintain this registration throughout the Tender Evaluation period. Failure to do so will invalidate the tender).
